Job Summary:

Timely process, submit and collect invoices in compliance to set guidelines. Promptly highlight and investigate variations/deviations from standard pricing, appropriately make amendments or obtain and approvals for charging more or less than the standard rates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and generate invoices for MOD/MOI and others in compliance to the set guidelines.
Review the prepared invoice before submitting to special projects customer and finance to avoid delays.
Systematically follow-up with the customer/agents to collect pending invoices without jeopardizing the relationship an preserve goodwill.
Consolidate of payments to invoices in compliance to accounting regulations.

Required Experience and Knowledge :

Bachelor Degree in Marine Transportation, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience of commercial shipping experience.
