Payroll Specialist
Job Purpose:
Perform payroll operations in terms of processing, reports, assessment, validation and enhancement to ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll.
Functional Duties:
Perform payroll operations, transactions, reconciliation, and processing in order to meet the payroll plan.
Manage payroll-related workflow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
Provide and validate reports of payroll and benefits transactions including ad hoc, financial and operational reporting as required.
Reconcile payroll prior to transmission; process manual check and relocation metric’s to ensure accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll.
Understand the company compensation and benefits policies to be able to properly assess, perform and correct transactions.
Provide assistance and advice in regard to payroll; respond to management and employees queries.

IT MOM Engineer I
Job Purpose:
Maintain and support MOM (Manufacturing Operations Management) systems and applications to ensure optimized functioning and availability.
Functional Duties:
Provide technical expertise and support related to MOM.
Incorporate new methods and processes to improve existing operations.
Ensure implementation of enhanced and revised MOM functionalities to other plants to provide better efficiencies, profit and/or safety.
Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve process and reduce costs using technical expertise in fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.
Coordinate with Information Technology representative to improve MOM applications performance as necessary.
Conduct research, design, develop and implement new or improved manufacturing processes, which include process design, equipment design, equipment and process capacity and material supply requirements.
Communicate manufacturing capabilities, production schedules or other information to facilitate production processes.
Comply with EH&S guidelines and overall safety processes.

Job Purpose:
Lead the implementation and development of Sadara EH&S policies and programs to ensure its compliance and consistency.
Functional Duties:
Act as the focal point of contact for an envelope on specific EH&S discipline (i.e. Environmental, IH, Personal Safety, Process Safety etc.)
Participate and provide data for EH&S audits.
Coordinate and optimize EH&S programs within specific facilities and efficient implementation of EH&S guidelines, standards and programs.
Participate in incident investigations/corrective action process and provide improvement recommendations and solutions regarding specific EH&S issues.
Collect, input and calculate EH&S reporting information and identify opportunities to streamline EH&S resources and work processes.
Link to EH&S expertise to obtain a clear interpretation of sitespecific regulatory process, regulations, laws and associated procedures.
Coordinate the implementation of an assessment program to ensure conformity of Sadara facilities with EH&S programs within a specific unit/envelope.
Review and provide EH&S related input for Sadara guidelines, standards and programs.
Implement EH&S assessment recommendation from Saudi Arabian Government officials, industry and Sadara management as applicable to his unit/envelope.
Maintain an effective liaison with Manufacturing leaders and EH&S leaders to keep them informed of trends in EH&S performance and potential EH&S issues that could affect operations at his envelope.
