To execute STC’s CBU loyalty marketing plans based on market trends & constitutes responsibility for all customer engagement related activities for the loyalty program. In order to increase the customer engagement levels especially from digital platforms
Key Responsibilities
To support the loyalty engagement team to identify, design, plan and pursue engagement activities
Manage and report on digital engagement activities showing their impact on various base segments targeted

Jobs at this level are responsible for carrying out a range of marketing activities such as collating market data and customer requirements, participating in the design and execution of marketing initiatives and developing technical documents with direction and guidance. Also, they are responsible for implementing all planned communications initiatives including media planning and management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage postpaid services (voice, SMS and small screen data) commercial launch in coordination with technical and commercial counterparts
Manage postpaid services lifecycle, revenues and profitability and develop & monitor postpaid services pricing
Coordinate with Consumer Insights to get input and segment-related insights relevant for designing the value proposition of postpaid services
Develop & maintain postpaid services roadmap
Manage postpaid roaming services and promotions
Propose and manage promotional activities for existing postpaid commercial services
Support Marketing Communication in the development of postpaid services communication plans and briefs
Propose new postpaid services development and improvements, develop service descriptions, and follow up with Product Development Support on progress of product/service development
Coordinate with Customer Lifecycle Management on up-selling, cross-selling and retention activities related to postpaid services
Manage the promotions and development activities for the targeted packages and offers for the VIP and youth segments
Coordinate with other Consumer directors to launch bundled and integrated products
Coordinate with Sales and Customer Care Centers to prepare relevant support material for sales and customer service agents
Education level/Major
Maters, Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related major.
Years of Experience
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing telecommunication product.
Prior experience in offers and promotions activities.
Prior experience in marketing segmentation and pricing
