صراحة – نواف العايد :  أعلنت شركة الخطوط الجوية العربية السعودية تعلن عن توفر وظائف شاغرة -للرجال- بمسمى (مضيف جوّي – Cabin Crew)

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide information, guidance, and assistance for safety and comfort to passengers on board aircraft
· Ensuring the consistent delivery of the on board product
· Greet customers, check their tickets and accompany them to their seats
· Prepare and serve drinks and food to passengers
· Present emergency equipment and give instructions
· Monitor and secure the cabin regularly
· Comply with all aviation rules and regulations for safety and protection
· Provide special help to passengers with special needs (children, disabled persons, elders etc)
· Take initiative to address difficult issues
· Contribute to the cabin crew’s delivery of the Customer Experience

REQUIREMENTS

· Saudi Nationals only
· Previous experience is not required
· Minimum arm reach of 212 cm on tiptoes
· Weight and height proportionate (by SAUDIA standards)
· High level of English language
· Excellent overall health
· Customer service-oriented
· Professional image
· Problem solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· 21-30 years old (by Hijri calendar)

BENEFITS

During Training:
Monthly compensation,

in addition to medical insurance and travel tickets as per SAUDIA Air Transport Company policy

(For Trainee Only)
After Successful Training:
Candidate is hired under the SAUDIA Air Transport Company on grade (6),

and assigned on the position “Cabin Attendant”. Benefits and compensation will be as follows:
· Monthly basic salary according to the following:
– High-School Degree: SAR 5855
– Diploma Degree: SAR 6385
– Bachelor Degree or higher: SAR 6915

· Transportation allowance: SAR 400 Monthly
· Housing allowance: 3 monthly basic salaries per annum
· Medical Insurance for employee and eligible dependents (As per SAUDIA Air Transport Company policy)
· Productivity and travel allowance (As per SAUDIA Air Transport Company policy)
· Travel voucher for employee and eligible dependents (As per SAUDIA Air Transport Company policy)

QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum of High-School degree

ATTACHMENTS REQUIRED

· Personal CV/Resume
· Saudi national ID with minimum validity of 1 month
· Highest degree obtained showing the overall average/GPA

(If obtained out of the Kingdom, you must attach the accreditation letter from Saudi Ministry of Education)
· Passport with minimum validity of 2 years
· Any additional related documents
