الوصف الوظيفي
Qualification and Experience
Diploma in the field of Communications, information sciences, or a related field, no experience required.
Preffered: Any Additional Computer Hardware or Software Certificates.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Provide 24/7 IT Technical Support as scheduled by the manager and follow the time frame (SLA) to complete all services request or incidents based on the agreement.
Respond to Call Center and receive all calls related to IT technical support.
Troubleshoot all technologies issues.
Connect and set up hardware or software as requested by the customer and approved by the customer services manager.
Establish and enforce CSC service levels agreements in consultation with end users to establish problem resolution expectations and timeframes.
Coordinate and/or perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, implementing file backups, and configuring systems and applications.
Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.
Track and analyze trends in CSC requests and generate statistical reports.
Oversee development and dissemination of help sheets, usage guides, and FAQ lists for end users.
Attend training seminars, conferences, and trade shows to broaden knowledge of current and future CSC issues and technologies.
Train, coach, and mentor CSC Technicians and other junior staff.
Respects patients and their families to promote a patient-centered care culture.
Participates in and supports quality improvement and patient safety activities as an individual or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Create, remove and edit staff email account and shared folder based on their needs.
Performs other related duties as required.
