Job Description
Role Purpose

To be responsible for maintaining the archive of all aeronautical documentation within AIM Department and ensuring that the Integrated Aeronautical Information Package (IAIP) except NOTAM are properly distributed, up to date and accessible to all relevant parties within the set KPI’s, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Document Archive Management

• Establish and maintain all aeronautical documentation, including but not limited to AIP, aeronautical charts and IFPs as well as outputs from other aviation authorities
• Archive all AIP amendments, AIP of adjacent countries and ensure the distribution of the AIP and its amendments to all authorised subscribers
• Ensure the publication of the eAIP and other digital content on the company’s website for online access in accordance with established AIRAC schedule

Document Obsolescence

• Respond to all inquiries and requests by providing requested publications and information to users in a timely manner
• Ensure that all obsolete documents are promptly removed from all points of issue or use and take precautions to prevent the unintended use of obsolete documents by apply suitable identification to them if they are retained for any purpose

Policies, Processes and Procedures

• Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement

Skills
Computer Skills.

Proficiency in English Language.

Background knowledge of Air Navigation is required.

Education and Certifications:

Technical Diploma in business administration or equivalent is required.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
