Job Purpose |
Experts at this level are responsible for providing technical expertise pertaining to the execution of M&A transactions in order to ensure optimal outcome to the shareholders. Also, to perform comprehensive due diligence, valuation, negotiation and deal structuring.
|
Core Responsibilities
|
Structuring financial M&A solutions (acquisition/divestment finance).
Interaction with stakeholders involved in the due-diligence process.
Active role-played in origination of transactions and closing deals.
Identifying and developing optimal investment options for a large-scale transaction.
Building complex financial models.
Performing end-to-end valuation work including DCF and comparable methodologies.
Working on structured acquisition finance.
Assesses cash flow activities and does pertinent analyses using defined financial models to forecast cash positions and future cash needs.
Supervises STC’s portfolio of investments to gauge returns against historical figures and makes relevant suggestions to optimize the same.
Work closely with business planning and valuation experts.
Close interaction with banks, investors and external parties.
Active participation in decision forming.

Qualifications/
Certification
|
Bachelor’s degree in a Finance related discipline.
Master’s degree in a Finance related discipline.
CFA is highly preferred.
|
Years of Experience |
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
|
Nature of Experience |
Prior experience in finance within Investment Banking or relevant expertise in a large corporation, with focus on valuations, financing strategies and financial structuring.

Desired Skills &
Knowledge
|
Corporate finance expertise.
Extensive knowledge of accounting, finance and M&A process.
Advanced comprehension of balance sheets and valuation methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Advanced computer literacy (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
Financial modelling.
English fluency is a must.

Jobs at this level are responsible for managing relationships with key accounts, coordinating with various departments to resolve escalated customer issues related to STC’s products/sales. They are also responsible for managing the sales executives in resolving sales enquiries/complaints, in line with predefined key account management principles. |
Key Responsibilities

- Develop account level sales plans in coordination with Sales Planning
- Develop/manage relationship with large accounts within own sales portfolio
- Implement sales strategies and plans
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities in own verticals and accounts
- Provide input to Sales Planning & Performance Management regarding performance of managed accounts
- Provide input on sales performance to Solutions and support new product/service development
- Ensure delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction with service
- Ensure successful identification and capturing of customer requirements and follow up on customer orders to ensure delivery within requirements
