About the Program:

The program aims to recruit talented and highly motivated Saudi females graduates from leading universities in Saudi Arabia and abroad, and prepare them for a career within ANB. It includes in-class training and job rotation, and covers several business lines and support functions as well as key professional skills. Program provides an excellent induction into a banking and the ANB work environment.

Participants sign a one-year trainee contract. Successful completion of all program modules qualifies the trainee to be a full time employee at the bank. Program is around 9 months training and rotation and 3 months in assignment at one business line.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Female Saudi National, 22 to 28 years of age.
• Recent Bachelor or Master university graduate. Preferred majors include accounting, finance, economics, actuarial, marketing, management, MIS, IT, engineering, math.
• Minimum GPA Good or equivalent (high GPAs preferred)
• Analytical and interpersonal skills.
• English fluency (speaking and writing)
• Strong work ethics and team spirit.
