صراحة – محمد المحسن :أعلن البنك العربي الوطني عن توفر وظيفة تقنية لحملة البكالوريوس، للعمل بالبنك بمدينة الرياض، بمسمى (مسؤول أول ضمان الجودة وحوكمة تقنية المعلومات Senior IT Governance & QA Officer)،

الوصف الوظيفي
MAIN FUNCTION:

Candidate is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing Process Improvement Initiatives. Perform control and quality assurance activities, review projects deliverables. Create and report KPIs on various services and tasks.

المهارات
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related field / Master of Computer Applications preferred.
3 to 5 years experience in IT industry with hands on exposure to Process Facilitation / Reviews and Audits. Quality Management/ Project Management.
Knowledge of Quality Models (CMMI / ISO).
Experience in defining / fine tuning processes.
Statistical Data analysis experience will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators.
Knowledge of IT Risk Management best practices.
Knowledge of IT Governance and control best practices.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
