Cash & Clearing Services
Responsible for managing all aspects of the Supervision unit and Cash Centre Operations within their dedicated regions “South “ with reference to a commercial context in his region of responsibility. Day to day monitoring of the service providers. Drive the business unit strategy in the Supervision unit and Cash Centers in order to achieve corporate objectives. Liaise with Government institutions. conducting surprise visits, Ensuring service provider complying to Bank & SAMA policy procedures., Reporting of any fraudulent notes, shortages and complying with the ARB policies and procedures. The incumbent must have intimate knowledge of all aspects of cash processing in operational management capacity. Able to work long hours and think outside the box .
Operational Management
Implement processing efficiencies
Monthly Auditing and visits of Cash Centre’s & Supervision unit
Monthly reports required for Cash Management
Manage cash & clearing supervision unit projects
Implementation Outsourcing Cash Center
Take over cash center operations in case of vendor failure
Regularly review processing procedures and recommend update
Manage Cash & Clearing Supervision Staff
Perform regular staff performance assessments.
Comply of policies and procedures.
Monthly visits and audits of cash centers & Supervision unit.
Monthly meeting with the various service providers and vendors
Identifying training needs for staff.
Train all staff on system. Manage poor performers..
