Description

General Accountabilities :

.Prepare legal lawsuit sheets and follow up cases, attend, hearings and write reports, maintaining high accuracy data.

.Assist in representing the corporate in court or government agencies and present evidence if needed to defend the corporate or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation, maintaining the rights of the corporation.

.Assist in preparing commercial, civil agreements and contracts as well as legal drafting and vetting of government and commercial contracts and agreements (tax, transaction structuring and compliance related work), ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.

.Assist in reviewing and communicating the agreements and internal policies, maintaining compliance with all legal requirements.

.Assist in analyzing the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents, enhancing results and outputs.

.Advise the corporation concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations, providing high assistance to the corporation.

Qualifications

Requirements :

– Saudi Nationals only.

– Maximum age is 28 years old.

– Minimum of bachelor degree in Law with a minimum overall GPA of (3.75 out of 5) or (2.75 out of 4). If degree is obtained out of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ministry of Education attestation is required.

– Passing ‘English’ language proficiency and job-knowledge assessment is required.
