صراحة – محمد المحسن : أعلنت شركة موبايلي عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة، بمسمى (أخصائي مهني إدارة المشاريع – Project Management Specialist Professional)،

Functional responsibilities

Prioritize and classify key account projects of strategic importance according to management direction, interdependency and Business unit objectives, and in collaboration with customers and concerned stakeholders
Lead all phases of the project management life cycle for the key customer account(s).
Ensure precise definition or specification of projects scoping, requirements gathering, budgeting, and maintaining status reports.
Engage with management on the customer’s side to ensure proper handling for those projects.
Serve as a customer advocate in providing appropriate responses to maintain customer confidence.
Work closely with customers along with Mobily sales to achieve customer satisfaction throughout all phases of the project.
Review feasibility study results received and make sure it will meet project’s cost and deadline.
Follow up on the delivery and implementation activities to avoid project delays.
Monitor effectiveness and performance in strategic key account project service delivery, recommend and apply corrective actions.
Apply the right escalation methods when required to avoid delays of projects.
Generate regular reports and statistics reflecting the progress of projects.
Perform other responsibilities as required by higher levels of supervision.
Skills
