Job Description
Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Human Capital Director, the Human Capital Operation Team Leader is responsible of carrying out a range of operation activities including supporting in all employees services and updating and maintaining employee database, and preparing employee timesheets as well as payroll data.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Supervise the execution of activities of any subordinates, ensuring alignment with overall departmental goals, initiatives and plans
Champion the implementation and execution of policies and procedures during day-to-day activities and operations to subordinates
Promote a team-culture amongst different subordinates, and support their personal / career development, as appropriate
Functional Responsibilities:

Update and maintain employee database and files, ensuring that they are accurate.
Implement travel allowances and business travel procedures
Engage with tracking employee vacation entitlements and leaves and issue announcements related to public and official holidays.
Handle transfer and end of service processes.
Collect and validate employee timesheets and records in the payroll system, including, but not limited to, recording and updating employee overtime hours/deductions as well as sales commissions and bonuses for staff.
Develop preparing payroll sheets for all SCA staff, updating payroll to reflect changes in salaries, new recruits and employee termination/retirement.
Support the development of HC policies & procedures, in order to ensure standardisation of policy phrasing

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 4 years of related experience in a similar role

Receptionist

Job Description
Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Administration Director, the Receptionist is responsible for managing office administration services such as reception, secretariat, kitchen and other relevant services including visitor protocols and arrangements incoming calls to the Authority, and others.

Functional Responsibilities:

Conduct front-office operations like direct visitors to the appropriate person and office including visitor protocols and arrangements
Ensure reception area presentable, with all necessary stationary and material (pen, forms, broachers etc.)
Maintain office security by following safety procedure and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook – issue visitor badges)
Tracking incoming and outgoing document and employee record keeping activities, including storage and archive.
Engage with maintenance of the office premises, including coordination with third party maintenance providers, as necessary
Facilitate the clearance of purchased materials, suppliers and / or equipment from customs or other relevant governmental agencies
Managing incoming calls to the Authority

Requirements
At least Diploma – or equivalent
A least 1 year experience of working within office environment
Proficiency in English and Arabic Language is required
