Job Role summary:

Lead and case manage escalated HR and employee centered investigations; summarizing findings and recommendation(s) to organizational Ethics Committee
Working in collaboration with other HR Centers of Excellence to provide relevant ER expertise in the execution of any initiatives or projects
Responding to inquiries from local/BU HR teams and subsequently providing appropriate and expert counsel regarding employment practices, policies, and labor law

Knowledge of labor law and/or legislative framework
Excellent follow through and attention to detail
Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills including expertise in conflict management, investigation, negotiation and influencing
English language proficiency (minimum L4/B2)
