Customer Service Manager

Location:

Riyadh

Duties & Responsibilities:

– Lead the Customer Services Team to develop KPIs and SLAs for call center(s) and Back Office operations to boost customer satisfaction.

– Lead the Customer Services Team to identify the technical requirements and ensure that the technical requirements are met by the call center service provider.

– Lead the back office Customer Services Team to coordinate with related internal stakeholders to solve the customer issues and communicate the results to the customers in given SLAs.

– Lead the back office Customer Services Team to coordinate with branches to provide customer services via incoming requests and issues.

– Lead the back office Customer Services Team to regularly report the current state of KPIs, SLAs for Customer Services and also classify and consolidate the customer issues to define improvement areas in products, processes, services etc.

– Ensure that customer services defined improvement areas in products, processes, services etc. are communicated with internal stakeholders.

– Follow up the implementations of improvements products, processes, services etc.

– Regularly report the Customer Services activities and progress to Stakeholder Management Director.

Requirements:

Bachelors in Business Administration or related field
10+ years of work experience in customer services and call center management domains
5+ years of team management experience
Fluent in English
