The role holder shall be responsible for overseeing all activities related to Cybersecurity Enablement, includes reviewing performance management, developing CS Group enablement and aligning on CS partnerships and alliances goals. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities
Participate in the development and implementation of Cybersecurity Enablement Department plans, in line with the corporate objectives
Direct and manage Cybersecurity Enablement Department mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards
Interpret and implement change in Cybersecurity Enablement Department, providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in Cybersecurity Enablement Department
Monitor and manage KPIs for Cybersecurity practice and follow up on those KPIs
Identify gaps in the defined KPIs and propose applicable KPIs accordingly
Ensure effectiveness of the performance reporting & analytics framework for Group wide CS programs and functions
Gather and report Cybersecurity related performance data and maintenance of the Cybersecurity excellence dashboard at STC Group level
Develop CS Enablement activities and events at STC Group level and coordinate efforts with subsidiaries
Develop Cybersecurity awareness content & communication framework design, plan, execute and support in the execution of awareness measures and STC wide communications – in alignment with Corporate Communications
Direct the team in identifying innovative CS solutions and services in addition to provide the needed guidance in developing of the business cases
Monitor and manage SLAs and OLAs for Cybersecurity practice on behalf of the STC Group
Seek and manage international and local partnerships in all cyber related fields (product development, research, etc.)
Review partnership and alliances in a regular basis to ensure values creation and benefits to STC Group
Define goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure effective application of the STC performance management process
Direct planning and selection of manpower in Cybersecurity Enablement Department, in line with the business and operational plans
Ensure high level of employee engagement and capability development by providing on-going feedback and coaching team members within Cybersecurity Enablement
Coordinate with Career Management practice to define the technical certification requirements and enforce development objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Business administration (IT) -is preferred- or similar equivalent qualification
