صراحة – محمد المحسن : أعلن مستشفى الملك عبدالله بن عبدالعزيز الجامعي (KAAUH) بمدينة الرياض التابع لجامعة الأميرة نورة بنت عبدالرحمن، عن توفر وظيفة إدارية شاغرة، للعمل بمسمى (أخصائي ثالث العلاقات حكومية Government Relations Specialist III)،

الوصف الوظيفي
Qualification and Experience

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Hospital Administration, Business Administration or a related field, No minimum experience required.
Accredited two-year Diploma in HR, Hospital Administraition, Business Administraition or a related field, with 6 years of experience.
Key Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for receiving and handing over employee passports, and for the safe-keeping of passports under their custody.
Responsible for all government relations procedures including: change of sponsorship, issuance, renewal, and transfer of Iqamas, and processing of visa documents.
Monitors the status of health practitioners’ licenses and ensures they are up to date.
Coordinates with Saudi Commission for Health Specialties to resolve any issues facing KAAUH health practitioners such as license issuance or renewal.
Coordinates obtaining foreign visas for employees travelling on business trips.
Responds to staff enquiries on visa/passport matters.
Keeps abreast of changes in local laws and regulations.
Ensures on-going compliance with all KSA government regulations relevant to government relations transactions / activities.
Visits government agencies in person to follow up or expedite KAAUH requests.
Provides weekly and monthly reports on the status of all government relations processes.
Develops excellent relations with government offices.
Performs duties in a professional, effective and confidential manner.
Respects patients and their families to promote a patient-centered care culture.
Participates in and supports quality improvement and patient safety activities as an individual or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities.
المهارات
Hospital-related government regulations. (Basic)

Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law. (Intermediate)

Written and spoken Arabic and English languages. (Intermediate)

Customer service skills. (Advanced)

Interpersonal and communication skills. (Intermediate)

MS Office Proficienc.(Intermediate)
