Designs and manages training and development programs based on organizational and employee needs. Analyse training needs assessment to identify organizational and employees’ strength and learning opportunities by performing interviews and consultation surveys with management. Provides coaching and guidance to managers and staff on individual and team development. Interfaces with the internal and external clients on behalf of the organization. Assists and encourages staff members in developmental growth through skill level assessments and programs.
Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate a range of responsive educational curricula and training program
Identify training needs by conducting annual organizational and employees’ training needs assessment
Assist functions in the preparation and refinement of employee development plans, to ensure corporate-wide consistency and uniformity
Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their defined career path
Assist in developing in-house training curricula and/or recommend or utilize vendor programs that meet instructional goals and objectives.
Implement and monitors approved training plans through assisting in developing in-house training curricula and/or recommending or utilizing vendor programs that meet instructional goals and objectives
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on team development needs and interventions to address individual performance gaps
Collaborate with manager and employee to support the employee development planning and career management process
Manage new talent development projects as assigned
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
Manage the centralized learning management and career development planning systems
Prepare a training dashboard, management reports, overview analysis and statistical information on progress of training programs and employees’ development
Ensure the business processes and work activities, relevant to position, are executed in compliance with SASREF policy, procedures and best practice to achieve the business objectives in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner
Lead, motivate, develop and assess the assigned team to achieve business objectives and grow capability

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
At least 10 years of experience
Certified coaching designation (preferable)
