Managerial Responsibilities

Functional responsibilities
Co-ordinate with the assigned Mobily unit(s) to collect and draft stakeholder-targeted communication message(s) for corporate communication.
Prepare a comprehensive Communications Calendar.
Review various communication messages and channels (e.g. announcements, content, TVCs, ads, etc.).
Read and verify the accuracy of communication messages, securing amendments where necessary, to ensure that the message is reported accurately.
Secure necessary approval from the respective department head and corporate communication head to post the message on different communication channels.
Organise the periodic corporate communication of information relevant to the concerned audience.
Ensure the content hosted on the communication channel are updated frequently.
Perform other duties as required by the higher levels of supervision.
