· Developer the developer performance management framework

· Develop the developer performance measurement criteria and KPIs
· Receive, review and evaluate the received input from project managers
· Prepare the periodic developer performance reports

. Develop the periodic operational reports for the partnership department

Requirements:

Bachelors in Business Administration or related field
4+ years of work experience in customer services and call center management domains
Fluent in English

· Provide support in identifying ideas and solutions to improve performance.
