صراحة – نواف العايد : يعلن مستشفى الملك عبدالله الجامعي عن توفر وظيفة تقنية شاغرة لحديثي التخرج بمسمى مهندس نظم ثالث System Engineer III حسب الشروط التالية:

الوصف الوظيفي
Qualification and Experience

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information System. No experience required.

Preferred:
Any additional computer hardware or software certificates

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Follow the day-to-day operations related to project/program implementation management activities to ensure continuity of work.
Contribute in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
Prepare reports of project implementation timely and accurately to meet department requirements, policies and standards.
Prepare and review implementation plans.
Demonstrates familiarity with IT infrastructure, network and datacenter.
Manage and track the complete overall project implementation plan, prioritization and schedules.
Consolidate plans for the team’s work and ensure consistency with the overall project plan.
Manage communication with business owners and business project managers.
Monitor plan’s critical path and manage risk mitigation activities.
Raise issues timely, changes in scope, budget issues and cost overrun.
Contribute in cost elements and resource estimations as well as solution options/approaches for different requirements under the program portfolio.
Communicate with procurement and vendors for outsourced products and services.
Manage engaged vendors for outsourced activities and related plans.
Manage project controls including scope, time and financials.
Ensure projects issues/show stoppers are logged, tracked and resolved.
Work within the project guidelines and report deviations from the given tolerances.
Represent operations in program/project meetings and whenever needed at customer end.
Ensure the team’s objectives are consistent with the project’s stated Key Performance Indicators and the specific objectives for the phase.
Coordinate work with other project teams including product assurance activities.
Manage the practical details of the transfer of the care, custody and control of the team’s product, including assembly and transfer of any required documentation.
Respects patients and their families to promote a patient-centered care culture.
Participates and supports quality improvement and patient safety activities as an individual or as part of multidisciplinary teams.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
