Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Launches “Integration Portal” to Streamline Digital Connectivity with Government and Private Entities

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched the “Integration Portal”, a unified digital platform designed to manage and coordinate integration with government and private sector entities at both the local and international levels.
The initiative aims to standardize the ministry’s digital integration journey, enhance operational efficiency, strengthen data exchange governance, and support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program.
According to the ministry, the portal provides a unified framework for managing integration processes, including risk assessment, cybersecurity requirements, data-sharing agreements, technical connectivity procedures, and secure data exchange. The platform is expected to improve the reliability of digital integration, enhance operational performance, and accelerate collaboration with partner organizations.
The Integration Portal also serves as a single access point for partners seeking to connect with the ministry’s digital services. It enables users to explore APIs, submit integration requests, manage access permissions, and track requests and support tickets through a unified digital experience that promotes efficient workflows and stronger governance.
The ministry noted that the platform reduces the time and effort required for integration by allowing partners to complete and monitor all connectivity requirements through a single digital platform until implementation is finalized. This is expected to accelerate the rollout of shared digital services, reduce duplicated procedures, increase transparency, and improve the quality and continuity of digital services.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah emphasized that the launch of the Integration Portal marks a significant step forward in advancing the Kingdom’s digital infrastructure and strengthening trusted data exchange across the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem.
